| How to Join: Joining is simple: just click the “join group” button and you will automatically be accepted into the group. From there you can start contributing and participating in the group. A Few Rules: 1. Please read the submission guidelines BEFORE you submit. 2. If your photo was declined from the featured folder please feel free to note us with the link to the photo and one of us will get back to you as to why it was declined. 3. Have fun and support the photographers! Submitting to Faves: Anyone can make submissions to the faves folder, however, adding your own work is frowned upon. The goal is to recognize others work, as you would like your work to be recognized. They do have to be dachshund related though! No random work. However they can be a dachshund with another animal. How to Submit: Please make sure you have read the submission guidelines clearly and understand how many photos you are allowed to submit and where you are allowed to submit your photos. We do not want to deny your submission, and the best way of preventing that is to use the guidelines to your advantage. With that being said… Click on Gallery: Click Submit to this Gallery Click either Submit a New Deviation or Contribute an Existing Deviation Pick the appropriate Deviation Click Ok What are the Submission Guidelines: Featured: Each week you may submit two photos into the featured section, however it will not automatically be accepted. This section is for the best of the best photos you have taken. It is meant to be a showcase of the best work of the group! Summary: 2 submissions per week, not always accepted(but most likely). (Founder/Co-Founder and Contributors get 4) The Dachshunds We Love Gallery Folder: This can be any dachshund photo you take. You will be able to submit 4 per day and they will always be accepted. Summary: 4 per day, always accepted. (Founder/Co-Founder and Contributors get 8) Dachshund Artwork: Any artwork featuring dachshunds (traditional or digital/photomanipulation, etc.) NO PHOTOGRAPHY IN THIS FOLDER. You will be able to submit 4 per day and they will always be accepted. Summary: 4 per day, always accepted. (Founder/Co-Founder and Contributors get 8) Other Breeds We Love: This can be any dog (other than dachshund) photo you take. Also allowed other dog breed artwork (digital, traditional, photo-manipulation, etc) You will be able to submit 4 per day and they will always be accepted. Summary: 4 per day, always accepted. (Founder/Co-Founder and Contributors get 8) |
